New Hope Foundation Chairperson Chris Gahan OAM JP was extremely pleased to accept a very large donation of soft toys collected by students from Holy Trinity Primary School in Eltham North to be distributed before Christmas to the children of recently arrived refugees and immigrants under the humanitarian programme.
The Year 5 students' Action Team (Hailey Ross-Smith, Mikayla Harrison, Bridget James, Maggie Antypas, Samantha Chong and Deanna Versace [absent]) collected soft toy donations from family, friends and the community as part of their work at school and the tremendous results are going to brighten up the lives of many young children this holiday season.
