New Hope was recently featured on the ABC Radio National's "Street Stories" program on East African refugees settling in the Victorian regional town of Castlemaine.

Prahran Multicultural Trust Grant

Mrs Winifred Vears, trustee of the Prahran Multicultural Trust, presenting Cr Chris Gahan, Chairperson of New Hope, with a grant for $5,000.

The grant will be used to allow New Hope to support senior citizens groups meeting at the Grattan Gardens Community Centre to organise activities and outings.
